INFANT BAPTISM {A form of Intercession by desire for the young}.
Acts 2:38-39 “You must repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of the Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and your children….”
Col 2:11-12 Here St Paul also speaks of baptism as replacing circumcision. But Jews were almost always circumcised as infants. Now if babies could be brought into the old Covenant, then why not into the new.
How can you say infants are incapable of receiving baptism when John the Baptist danced for joy by the greetings of Mary to Elizabeth .as inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is the same Holy Spirit acting in the Baptism. Was Judas not even an Apostle yet fell away. How can someone criticize the Work of God in Baptism because the one who received it sins a lot like others. Actually Judas did worse by participation in deicide, but this does not nullify the grace of God’s favour in Judas.
Infants are most disposed to Baptism 1 Corinthians 14: 20…. ‘: be infants in evil’ . Who is then fit to deny this class of people who are more alive in the spirit and so are OUR MODELS FOR WHOEVER WANTS TO GROW IN THE GRACE OF GOD. BAPTISM GIVES US THE GRACE OF GOD TO BE ALIVE IN THE LORD.
Matthew 19: 13 Then children were brought to Him that He might lay His hands on them and pray. {Would someone say that baptism is not bringing someone to Jesus that He might touch them???}
Matthew 19:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not try to stop them, for to such as these belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
Luke 18:16, But Jesus called them to Him, saying “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them; for such belongs the kingdom of God.

Why would someone refuse children the things of God to the Children even though they are more fit for the things of God. Unless you become like little children you cannot enter heaven {Matthew 18:3}.

If ordinarily baptism is necessary for salvation why would anyone preclude children after the eighth day of birth from baptism since circumcision was done on the eighth day after birth

Priesthood Important for Spiritual Worship to God
I have not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. Why would someone not believe in priesthood for all time on earth by other people validly ordained.
Exodus 19:6 and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.
Rev. 5:10 And have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on earth

How can a Priest (Jesus) bring about the Last Supper and you say it is not associated to the Priesthood of Christ? Did you not know that everything Jesus did is associated to him by reason of His Priesthood. FOR THIS HE WAS BORN AND FOR THIS HE LIVED AND FOR THIS HE PREACH, AND FOR THIS HE DIED.
The devil makes error to resemble TRUTH. That is the great work of the DEVIL to lead people away to lower themselves for want of the worldly things. Eg Marriage over celibacy Though they are both good but Celibacy is higher.
